Learn how brands get built — function by function — then design how they run when agents do the heavy lifting.
What you’ll build
You’ll design and prototype agents that do the work inside one or more of our business functions — Supply Chain, New Product Development (NPD), Finance, or Category. Go deep with the functional team, define the outcomes the agents should own, and turn them into working prototypes and a clear product direction.
The agents you build could take on work such as:
- Supply ChainBuild agents that coordinate inventory and order workflows, flag exceptions, and handle the follow-ups that keep operations moving.
- New Product Development (NPD)Build agents that research consumer needs, synthesize scientific evidence, and recommend what product to build and how to position it.
- FinanceBuild agents that reconcile financial data, track commitments, and raise early warning signals when results drift from the plan.
- CategoryBuild agents that analyze consumer, product, and performance data to recommend assortment, pricing, and what to build next.
Your job is to understand the domain, decide what the agents should own, and work with an FDE to make it real. After launch, you keep improving the product and the outcomes it delivers.
What you’ll do
- Go deep on how a brand works — product, supply chain, marketing, finance — inside Mosaic and at the best companies out there.
- Reimagine that function agent-first: what it should own, what to watch, what to build.
- Prototype it yourself, then hand your FDE something that already works.
- Keep making the agents better after they ship — they’re your product.
You’re probably
- 3–6 years into B2B SaaS, AI products or strategy consulting — and itching to build.
- A systems thinker who can make sense of messy problems fast.
- Comfortable holding the room with senior leaders.
- Already vibe-coding things that actually work.
